2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by a service provider. When you access the site, information is automatically stored in server log files (e.g. IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser type). Processing is carried out to ensure secure and stable operation on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Contact / enquiry form (HubSpot)

For enquiries we use a form provided by HubSpot (EU region). The data you enter is processed to handle your request and transmitted to HubSpot. The legal basis is your consent and/or the initiation or performance of a contractual relationship (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR). A data processing agreement and standard contractual clauses are in place with the provider.

5. Embedded videos (YouTube)

We embed videos via YouTube in extended privacy mode (youtube-nocookie.com). A connection to Google’s servers is only established after your consent or when you play the video. The provider is Google Ireland Limited. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

6. Fonts (Google Fonts)

This website uses Google Fonts. When loading, a connection to Google’s servers may be established and your IP address transmitted. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a consistent presentation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

7. Your rights

You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing. You can withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future.
